CandleCycle makes candle refilling easy & mess free! To melt the wax simply place the refill bag in the hot boiling water and allow some time for the wax to melt. Once it is melted you can pour your candle. CadleCycle is made of the highest quality soy & coconut wax blend and paraben and phthalate free scents.

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland🇨🇭 and Liechtenstein 🇱🇮. We need 1-2 days to produce your candle and will then ship it to you via A-Post. Typically, you will receive your candle within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.

Returns
The quality of your candle is our top priority – we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with ChattyCandles. Therefore, we always strive to find a solution with you.
Nevertheless under the following conditions returns and/or refunds are not applicable:
- Personalized Candles: Personalized candles are specially made for you by our team. Therefore, they cannot be returned. Exceptions are production errors or quality defects. If this is the case for you, please contact us at info@chattycandles.ch, and we will find a solution (refund or exchange).
- Catalog Candles: Candles that you have added to your cart and ordered from the catalog without personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return address is: Connectrade AG, Returns ChattyCandles, Hofstrasse 4, 9620 Lichtensteig. Please include your order number with the return so that we can process it correctly.
Candle Burning Safety
Using candles safely indoors is incredibly important. . We recommend that you take another quick look at the safety instructions before lighting this beauty:
– Before use, remove the candle from its package and clean from packaging materials.
– Never leave a burning candle unattended.
– Keep out of reach of children, pets and away from flammable materials.
– Always leave at least 10 cm distance between burning candles.
– Allow to cool before re-lighting.
How to use?
How do I make candles using CandleCycle kit?
1. CENTER WICK
Stick the wick to the bottom of the vessel. Center it using the wood stick
2. HEAT THE BAG
Heat the wax bag in hot boiled water till the wax is melted.
3. POUR WAX
Pour the liquid wax into the vessel. Try to pour the wax on the side of the vessel.
4. TRIM WICK
Let the wax harden and trim the wick to 1 cm. The candle is ready.
