2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The products offered on ChattyCandles.ch include scented candles in various colors and fragrances, which can be personalized with custom prints.
Contract Conclusion:
The contract is formed when the customer places an order and Connectrade AG confirms it via email. The order process consists of the following steps:
- Selection of products and, if applicable, customization (e.g., print).
- Adding products to the shopping cart.
- Entering customer information and choosing the payment method.
- Reviewing the order and confirming it by the customer.
- Order confirmation sent by Connectrade AG.
Prices:
All prices on ChattyCandles.ch are inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Technical Errors and Price Mistakes:
In the event of technical errors or incorrect pricing displayed on the online shop, Connectrade AG reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.
3. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Twint.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Area:
Deliveries are made exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping Costs:
For orders under CHF 100, the shipping cost is CHF 7.90. For orders above CHF 100, shipping is free.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time is typically 2-3 business days.
Liability for Delivery Delays:
Connectrade AG accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of Withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (e.g., custom printed candles).
Refund Process:
Returns must be sent to Connectrade AG, including the order number. The purchase amount will be refunded after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
6. Warranty and Liability
Warranty:
The statutory warranty period applies.
Defects and Damages:
In case of defects or damages to the delivered goods, the customer is required to contact info@chattycandles.ch as soon as possible.
