Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions we receive.
We need 1-2 days for production. After that, we will send your candle to you via A-Post. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days from the time of order until you receive your candle.
Our design team works very quickly to produce your custom candle as soon as possible. If you have any adjustment requests after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then check if the adjustment can still be made or if your candle has already been produced.
Personalized candles are made specifically for you, which is why they cannot be returned. Standard catalog candles, which you have not personalized, can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The shipping cost is CHF 7.90—shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.
After we have shipped your order, the tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address. If your package does not arrive within the specified time frame or after more than 5 business days, please contact the shipping company and provide the tracking number. Each ChattyCandle is packaged in a beautiful, stylish box (you can view it on our website). We do not offer special gift wrapping.
