Shipping

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland🇨🇭 and Liechtenstein 🇱🇮. We need 1-2 days to produce your candle and will then ship it to you via A-Post. Typically, you will receive your candle within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.

Shipping costs CHF 7.90 – for orders over CHF 100, we cover the shipping costs – Yay!

Returns

The quality of your candle is our top priority – we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with ChattyCandles. Therefore, we always strive to find a solution with you.

Nevertheless under the following conditions returns and/or refunds are not applicable:

• Personalized Candles: Personalized candles are specially made for you by our team. Therefore, they cannot be returned. Exceptions are production errors or quality defects. If this is the case for you, please contact us at info@chattycandles.ch, and we will find a solution (refund or exchange).
• Catalog Candles: Candles that you have added to your cart and ordered from the catalog without personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return address is: Connectrade AG, Returns ChattyCandles, Hofstrasse 4, 9620 Lichtensteig. Please include your order number with the return so that we can process it correctly.
