2. Offer and Contract Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The products offered on ChattyCandles.ch<\/em> include scented candles in various colors and fragrances, which can be personalized with custom prints.<\/p>\n

Contract Conclusion:<\/strong>
\nThe contract is formed when the customer places an order and Connectrade AG confirms it via email. The order process consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Selection of products and, if applicable, customization (e.g., print).<\/li>\n
  2. Adding products to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n
  3. Entering customer information and choosing the payment method.<\/li>\n
  4. Reviewing the order and confirming it by the customer.<\/li>\n
  5. Order confirmation sent by Connectrade AG.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Prices:<\/strong>
    \nAll prices on ChattyCandles.ch<\/em> are inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).<\/p>\n

    Technical Errors and Price Mistakes:<\/strong>
    \nIn the event of technical errors or incorrect pricing displayed on the online shop, Connectrade AG reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.<\/p>\n
